Finding a balance in healthy exercise is difficult nowdays. Exercise promotions range from 2 hour marathons to “taking this pill to burn fat”! The fact is that neither extreme is what we would find as being normal in our “natural” world.
We are looking for reasonable alternatives that stay within the relm of what might be considered a more normal healthy demand on the body – resulting in a healthier (and more attainable) body.
